Welcome to project 365. This writer of ghost stories, mother of two, and wife to the Professor, aka "Ghost Hunk" (for 18 years), finds inspiration everyday, even if she sometimes forgets. So for the next year, I will document these little epiphanies, whether it's a bug on the windshield or some brilliant, breathless moment in this crazy life or something in between.

Day 241

The project is in danger...the good camera is on its last legs, so I had to resort to the old, old FinePix.  This is Ghost Daughter's personal Christmas tree...hosting its only party, as you can see.  Santa, if you're listening, I have been a good girl (mostly) and I have only one thing on my list:  a Canon Rebel EOS 18 mp digital camera (18-55mm lens) with an extra 55-250 lens.

No matter what, we'll keep the project going, even if the quality is variable.  Jingle bells, jingle bells...

Day 238

I wonder what basil honey tastes like...perhaps these are Mediterranean bees.

Day 235—Happy Thanksgiving

The bird was glorious, but perhaps a little too glorious...we ate it before I could snap a picture.  So you'll have to use your imagination.  Mmmmmm...it was good.

Day 233

Don't be alarmed.  Despite appearances, Peanut and Danté are already the best of buddies.  And Danté is the gentlest sparring partner a girl could ask for.

From the iPhone:  If you haven't guessed...hunting season is officially open.

Day 226

Yep, it's high cotton time in Georgia.  I was behind two trucks loaded with round bales of cotton.  This time of year, you will see tufts of white fluff caught in the grass at the side of the road, little remnants of the South's most famous harvest.

Day 221

SOMEBODY IS GETTING AN EARLY CHRISTMAS PRESENT TODAY...!!

It was getting a little blustery up at the North Pole, so Santa had to send Peanut on down to Georgia.

Day 213

Nerd that I am...I'm always feeding my imagination.  Thanks, Willy! (Psst! Does that make me a cannibal?)
